The website of City of Augsburg had fallen behind over time – hard to navigate, lacking structure and in need of a visual update. The goal was to rethink the layout and navigation from the ground up and give it a modern, clear appearance.
How it was bulit
From concept to execution!
In Figma, the entire page was restructured from scratch – clearer navigation, a refined color concept and a more modern interface. The existing typography of the city was kept as a connecting element throughout the design.
What it became
The end of the process
The project is still in progress – the landing page is complete, with fine details and animations to follow. The aim is a fully developed, interactive presentation of the new city website.
